Plan Description

This functional 12’x12’ playhouse features a front access on the front porch. If you have anything slightly bigger that will not fit though a child-sized front door, then you have your choice of two double swing doors. The dormer above can be either a false-valley (constructed on the roof) or a functional dormer to allow sunlight in. These step-by-step layouts will allow you to quickly and easily construct you own Colonial Prairie. This requires moderate construction skills.
