This elegant cottage supports a full dormer in the center and two false dormers beside them. The spacious front and rear porches offer plenty of playroom to put chairs, tables, heck even a couch! Inside, this design can house a full set of stairs to a loft above the main playroom! The spacious loft offers a safe, comfortable place to sleep and play. Above-ground design means the playhouse is lifted off of the ground and is electrical wiring ready! 0ver 200 square feet! The plans are easy-to-follow but this design does require advanced carpentry skills because of more complex construction practices!
