Plan Description

The Mountain Sequoia is a small, quick assemble cottage that can be assembled within 1-3 days. It features a solid concrete floor system, but 4x4 wooden supports may be substituted. The 4x8’ deck on the front is large enough to hold a couple of chairs and table. The spacious 8’x12’ interior is large enough to house your children and most of their friends. The simple design makes this a suitable project for any skill level and following the step-by-step, full-color diagrams makes construction a breeze!
